The appropriately named Spice I Am, serves a spicy Thai cuisine including a delicious crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli. Dishes are typically HOT, with the pork belly being one of their milder dishes. Spice I Am is a multi-awarding winning Thai restaurant that has sprouted three off-shoots; Darlinghurst, House in Surry Hills and Balmain. Turnover of tables is high, so do not be put off by a reasonably large crowd. I have often groaned inwardly when there has been fifteen or twenty dinners ahead of our table, however, the wait time has usually been less than one drink at a nearby bar.
