Style Rider, Dimitri Amvrazis – Sol Invictus Nemesis

Style Rider aims to document the world’s most stylish motorcycle riders, be they riders of classic, custom or cafe racer steeds. Focused on the intersection of motorcycle culture with individual style, here we speak to Project Manager by day, Music Producer/DJ by night Dimitri Amvrazis about streetwear and sharp tailoring.

Name: Dimitri Amvrazis

Residence: Sydney, Australia

Occupation: Associate Director, Project Management by day, Music Producer/DJ by night.

Instagram: @nuendomusic

Today’s ride: Sol Invictus Nemesis Classic

Describe your style: Depends on the occasion. I always go for streetwear if I am going for a casual look; baggy T-Shirts, caps, ripped jeans. From a work/formal perspective, I am a sucker for a fitted white shirt, skinny chinos, a fitted bright blazer, floral pocket square and nice pair of loafers. I also don’t mind the occasional chunky ring.

Favourite items: My hi-top sneakers.

Next purchase: Harley Davidson Roadster or Sportster.

Style inspiration: I can’t really say that I have a specific style icon. I generally look at Pinterest images for inspiration. If however, I had to choose someone, it would either be Hot Since 82 or David Morales (DJ).

Best local ride: Definitely a night ride across the Sydney coastline. My main starting point is La Perouse. Then I ride through all the eastern suburb beaches and eventually end up at Watson’s Bay.

Best distance ride: My longest ride has been to Wisemans Ferry and funnily enough, I completed this ride a day after I received my L plates. All or nothing.

Tip for stylish motorcycle riding: Ensure you chose items that suit you.

Ultimate riding kit (head to toe): Bell Moro Helmet, Sunnies, White T-Shirt, Sherpa Jacket, Black Leather Gloves, Light Blue Jeans, White Socks and Black Hi-Top Sneakers.

Next motorcycle trip: A trip down to Wollongong.

Why do you like riding? It’s probably the standard response. It clears my head and provides a fantastic sense of freedom. It also partially ticks the thrill-seeking box for me.
