Start with a pork belly bun and soy-cured salmon belly as a warm up. For mains, we recommend the Japanese fried chicken with lemon braised onions and parmesan, and the beef short rib with tamarind caramel and Thai basil. Finally, finished off with a Salted Caramel Old Fashioned.
